Every project is personal to the homeowner and our key role is to bring their home to life. This particular client wanted to reflect on the memories of their travels, so by placing unique yet subtle reminders they are able to recall some of those moments more often.
My Client spends time between San Francisco, Wine Country, Spain, and the Sierra Nevadas. The interior design reflects those moments in time through art, lighting, materials, and personal belongings. The two years we spent remodeling the entire home required us to focus on maintaining the traditional details while mixing in the eclectic pieces.
As you enter the space, Ross Levy created an ultra-modern wall and ceiling system with exquisite detailing which extends to other standalone architectural type moments in the home. BDS designed a custom wood headboard wall in the master bedroom, all new kitchen, bathrooms & living spaces, which all play with lighting, texture, and special room features. All the furniture, wallpaper, and light fixtures are selected as an homage to the Client’s love of art.
